Guided Scuba Dives / Tours

We can offer you some amazing accompanied shore dives to many stunning dive sites in the Cape. Scuba diving in Cape Town is diverse and a most memorable experience. So if you are on holiday, visiting Cape Town or a newly certified scuba diver and just finding your feet, we would love to show you some breath-taking dive sites.

Let us take you to scuba dive with the 7 Gill Cow Sharks. Being 'eyeballed' by a three metre shark gliding silently past your face is not the kind of experience you forget in a hurry. It is an unbelievable experience and not to be missed!

Or scuba dive through the beautiful, vast and dense Kelp Forests, reefs and rocky terrains, here in False Bay, Cape Town. Most these reefs are homes to Pajama sharks, Leopard Catsharks and Pufadder shysharks and are abundant with Marine growth.

Most of the dive sites are in the Table Mountain National Park Marine Protected Area. It provides a sanctuary for a vast and fascinating array of Marine Life. Visibility is dependent on the wind and weather.

There are many interesting shipwrecks dotted all along our coastline to explore. From old steam ships, dating back to the early 1900’s to cargo ships, trawlers and WW2 battleship.

Most dive sites on the shore dives are relatively shallow, between 5 to 10 meters, giving you more time underwater.

Scuba diving with the Cape Fur Seals is second to none. They are playful and friendly. Most the shore dives are accessed from white sandy beaches, in beautiful surroundings.

Scuba diving in Cape Town is all year round. There is a tremendous amount to see on every dive, colourful, beautiful and ever changing.

So let us know the type of dive you would like and we can guide you.

7 GILL COW SHARKS

Being 'eyeballed' by a three metre shark gliding past your face is not the kind of experience you forget in a hurry. This isn't a staged event with divers in a cage, It's a genuine scuba dive done in relatively shallow water (12m max. making it a dive open to even novice divers) in a location bordered by kelp ...   read more

DIVING WITH SEALS

The Cape Fur Seal is a fascinating and beautiful marine mammal that is curious and very playful. As such, groups of seals will often put on a display of underwater “hydrobatics” and make mock charges at divers before swerving away at the last moment. When we arrive at the dive spot they join us very quickly, it is at 6-7 meters deep, we just sit on the sandy bottom and the seals will “perform” for us, often hanging upside down by our faces and rolling in front of us.

KELP FORESTS AND REEF

The underwater enchanted Kelp Forests are where plants grow like tall trees. It is truly a beautiful and serene dive. These forests are home to a large variety of Marine Life, Gully Sharks, Shy sharks, Pajama sharks, Crabs and many species of fish.
